Made with soy chunks, smoked hot paprika and only naturally sourced ingredients, the vegan goulash is perfect for loading up on plant-based protein in a way that does not disturb your digestion.
Especially suitable for dinner, it can be prepared in just a few minutes by simply adding boiling water inside the packet without dirtying anything of your equipment.
The ultra compact packaging, light weight and long shelf life make it perfect for any situation such as hiking, camping, RV or boat.
PREPARATION:
1) Open the packet and remove the oxygen absorber and the small plastic bag of extra virgin olive oil.
2) Pour 300 ml of boiling water into the packet (fill up to level 4,5 of the graduation printed inside it). (WARNING: THE PACKET WILL BE BOILING HOT!)
3) Blend the ingredients, close the packet and let it rest for 10 minutes. (WARNING: DO NOT SHAKE THE PACKET, IT MAY OPEN!)
4) Add some more water, if necessary.
5) Cut the packet below the ziplock, mix all the ingredients and enjoy your meal!
INGREDIENTS: soy (textured soybean flour) 52%, pasta (durum wheat semolina, water), tomato, extra virgin olive oil (in 10 ml sachet), potato flakes, broth (salt, soy and corn protein extract for broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato): corn seed oil), extra virgin olive oil, onion, chili pepper 1%, parsley, black pepper. It may contain traces of oother cereals including gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, celery, tuna, mustard, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources.
