Cooking is done by pouring boiling water directly into the package, so you don't dirty anything on your equipment and meal preparation is quick and easy.
PREPARATION:
1) Open the packet and remove the oxygen absorber and the small plastic bag of extra virgin olive oil.
2) Pour 200 ml of boiling water into the packet (fill up to level 3 of the graduation printed inside it). (WARNING: THE PACKET WILL BE BOILING HOT!)
3) Blend the ingredients, close the packet and let it rest for 10 minutes. (WARNING: DO NOT SHAKE THE PACKET, IT MAY OPEN!)
4) Add some more water, if necessary.
5) Cut the packet below the ziplock, mix all the ingredients and enjoy your meal!
INGREDIENTS: couscous (durum wheat semolina, water) 57%, granulated soybeans 10%, potato flakes, broth (salt, soybean and corn protein extract for broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato): corn seed oil.), pumpkin, broccoli, zucchini, tomato, onion, carrot, leek, extra virgin olive oil, chives, black pepper. It may contain traces of other cereals including gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, mustard, tuna, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources.
