PREPARATION: in a nonstick skillet or saucepan, bring to a boil 400ml water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Pour in the contents of the packet, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Take the lid off and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy. Season to taste with salt, add extra virgin olive oil and let stand 1 minute before serving.INGREDIENTS: pasta (durum wheat semolina, water) 84%, tomato 5.84%, broth (salt, soybean and corn protein extract for broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato), corn seed oil), rice flour, onion, carrot, celery, extra virgin olive oil, basil 0.3%, garlic, paprika, black pepper.
