PREPARATION: in a nonstick skillet or saucepan, bring to a boil 400ml water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Add more water if necessary. Take the lid off and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy Season to taste with salt, add extra virgin olive oil and let stand 1 minute just before serving.

SUGGESTIONS: while cooking, add 1 finely chopped sausage and a few nuts.

INGREDIENTS: pasta (durum wheat semolina, water) 82%, porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 5%, broth (salt, soy and corn protein extract for broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (onion, carrot, garlic, celery, parsley, potato, tomato), corn seed oil), rice flour, garlic, carrot, celery, onion, parsley, leek, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper. It may contain traces of: other cereals including gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, mustard, tuna, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate or animal by-products.

Store in a dry, cool and dark place.
